By accessing or using Getfollio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for the purposes specified in the license tier you purchased.

Starter licenses permit personal use only. Pro and Agency licenses permit commercial use as described on the Pricing page.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates as standalone products. Customized templates built for clients as part of a project (Pro/Agency) are permitted.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once the template files have been accessed or downloaded.

All templates, designs, code, and content provided through the Service remain the intellectual property of Getfollio and its licensors.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the template — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Getfollio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Getfollio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
